Please remember to bring CLEAN shoes (no outdoor shoes permitted) for Spin/Core & Bodyblast. Pilates and Reformer classes are in bare feet.

Registration Information:

  • All participants need to complete a health history form and sign a waiver prior to participating in any class.
  • Payment is required at time of registration – prior to first class – cash or cheque (5% GST is added to all fees)
  • Refunds will only be made in cases of illness or injury (verified by physician) and prorated for classes attended.
  • Make-up classes are permitted but must be taken within the same session schedule. Please call in advance to assure space.
